Thought I would update with another build for you and this one will actually work really well with 1.3 and 1.4 it is an awesome build.
It is for the Rogue and it is geared more towards Tanking but is quite a versitile build as well!

Well worth giving this one a go and will keep you updated but you may also want to check out Rift Supremacy if you want a complete set of builds and a leveling guide for all callings!
There are loads of builds there and you get a full leveling guide as well.
